Each Sunstate Jewellers item has been carefully hand crafted from superior materials,  locally sourced in Australia. We take  immense pride in our attention to detail, workmanship, and materials.  When struck with our three hallmarks of Atelier Sunstate - a seven ray Sun, the circular Kangaroo head which indicates our membership to the prestigious Gold and Silversmith's Guild of Australia (F4) and a three digit metal purity mark your item carries a 25 year guarantee.

You will be issued with a hard copy of the 25 year guarantee which can be marked off during your annual service. By registering your guarantee on-line you unlock the additional benefits of our AFTER CARE PROGRAM

AFTER CARE PROGRAM

When you register your guarantee and adhere to the conditions you will enjoy these additional benefits
  • Up to 5 personalized fittings over the 25 year period, 
  • Gemstone tightening.
  • Refinishing and polishing.
  • Ultrasonic cleaning and inspection.
  • Rhodium plating where required.
 
CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE AND AFTER CARE PROGRAM
    WHAT'S COVERED
    • Parts and labour costs, up to the value of the original purchase price.
    • Ring sizing up to 2 sizes maximum once over 12 months. This is a personalized fitting - up to five personalization over the guarantee period
    •  stone tightening
    • refinishing and polishing
    • Ultra sonic cleaning and inspecting
    • rhodium plating white gold (once every 12 months during annual maintenance and service),
    • Item must be returned for annual complimentary mini service and clean. This maintenance is crucial to the guarantee and after care. Non compliance will void both the guarantee and aftercare programme
    WHAT'S NOT COVERED
    • Shipping and or postage to manufacturer
    • Incidental or consequential damages
    • Damage from accident, abuse, misuse, introduction of foreign objects into the product, tampering with prongs, unauthorized modifications or alterations, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions;
    • Unauthorized repairs and/or parts by a third party
    • Damage covered by any other warranty or service plan;
    • Cosmetic damage including scratches, peelings, dents that do not impede the mechanical functionality of the item;
    • Third-party actions (fire, collision, vandalism, theft etc);
    • The elements or Acts of God;
    • War, invasion or act of foreign enemy, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, riot, strike, labour disturbance, lockout or civil commotion;
    •  Flaws in gemstones;
    • Loss of diamonds, gemstones or any other parts of the covered product unless such loss was caused by a defect in workmanship and/or materials, without any undue stress or damage;
    • Any loss other than a covered breakdown of the product;
    • Accessories used in conjunction with a covered product;
    • Loss of the use of item during the period the covered product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts
